1. About DualFunCam

DualFunCam is a video recording app that uses your iPhone's front and back cameras simultaneously to create split-screen recordings. It is a tool for personal content creation.

2. Permitted Use

You may use DualFunCam to create original video content for your personal, non-commercial, or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use DualFunCam to:

• Create content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Record others without their consent where such consent is legally required
• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• Use the app to facilitate any unlawful activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack the app

4. Content You Create

You retain all rights to the videos you create with DualFunCam. We claim no ownership over your recordings. You are solely responsible for the content you film, and must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions (including consent of any individuals visible in your recordings) before sharing or publishing.

5. Intellectual Property

The DualFunCam app, its design, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of DualFunCam. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DUALFUNCAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUALFUNCAM AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
