DualFunCam processes everything locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers.

• Camera & Microphone: Accessed only to capture video in real-time. Used solely for the recording function within the app. No data leaves your device.
• Photos Library: When you save a recording, the video file is written directly to your Photos Library using iOS system APIs. We do not read, access, or upload your photos.
• Device Information: We do not collect any device identifiers, IP addresses, or device analytics.
• Usage Data: We do not track your usage of the app.

2. How We Use Data

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to use or share.

3. Third Parties

DualFunCam contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. There are no third parties who could access your data through our app.

4. Children's Privacy

DualFunCam does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Our app is a camera tool with no content that would appeal specifically to children.

5. Data Security

All video processing happens locally on your device using Apple's native frameworks. We have no access to your videos at any point.

6. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data of yours, there is nothing to delete or export. If you wish to delete your recordings, use the standard iOS Photos app to manage your saved videos.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
